Ayesha is attending UMass Boston. Janet owns her own business.
After taking many years off from school to raise her four children, Ayesha says “I’m ready to get my degree and get my career back on track.” Her mentor, Janet Taylor, was drawn to mentoring when Alray’s Executive Director spoke to her at the Newton Mother’s Forum. As a former high school teacher, Janet values the importance of supporting Boston Public School graduates. Ayesha and Janet both say they are the most excited about working together as two adults.
