Tiffany Maloney
Statewide Manager at Massachusetts Trial Court
Tiffany Maloney is responsible for oversight, management, and strategic planning of internal investigations encompassing 100 courthouse locations statewide. She provides leadership in the development and implementation of investigative policies and procedures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emmanuel College, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Curry College, and is an accredited workplace investigator.

Ross Marshall
Head of Community Engagement at Bioversity
Ross is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategist experienced in designing, building, and leading measurable and scalable DEI programs and initiatives. He is currently the Senior Director of Community Engagement at the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council. Ross holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Bates College.

Nefyn Meissner
Senior Recruiter at McKinsey
Nefyn is a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company. He also volunteers as a mentor to alumni of his graduate school and veterans. Before his current role, he worked at the Harvard Law School Admissions Office for over 7 years. Nefyn holds a Master’s in Education from the Harvard School of Education and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Virginia.

Octavia Nixon
Literacy Content Specialist at Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
Octavia has over a decade of experience working in education in different settings: public schools, education nonprofits, universities, and now the state of Massachusetts. A graduate of Boston Public Schools, Octavia began her career as a teacher in Boston. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from UMass Boston, Master’s degree from UMass Lowell, and a certificate from Kean University.
